Important health notice: Nutrition Urban Care provides nutrition and wellness coaching. Our services are not medical care, do not diagnose or treat disease, and do not replace advice from your physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet, exercise, or medication.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nutritionurbancare.com, submitting a form, or enrolling in any program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Nutrition Urban Care LLC provides virtual nutrition assessment, body composition tracking, meal planning, and 1-on-1 wellness and weight-loss coaching by registered dietitians, delivered by secure video and our client portal throughout the United States. Specific deliverables for each program tier are described on our Programs & Pricing page.
3. No Medical Advice; Individual Results Vary
Content and coaching are for educational and wellness purposes. Testimonials and statistics on this site reflect typical ranges but are not guarantees. Individual results depend on adherence, physiology, and medical history. Never begin, stop, or alter medication based on our guidance; we will coordinate with your physician where appropriate.
4. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll. You agree to provide accurate, current information in your assessment and to keep your portal credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal
- Programs are billed monthly in advance to the payment method you provide.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are stated in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We will give 30 days' notice of any price change; changes never apply mid-cycle.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime after your first month by emailing info@nutritionurbancare.com; access continues through the paid period. Your first month is covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee — email us within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund. Unused sessions within a billing cycle do not roll over unless your plan states otherwise.
7. Session Booking & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as delivered.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site or portal — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, sharing your account, submitting false health information, or using our materials commercially without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, plans, recipes, playbooks and frameworks are the property of Nutrition Urban Care LLC and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your program. You may keep and personally use any documents delivered to you.
10. Testimonials
Reviews shown on the site are from real clients who provided consent; names may be abbreviated for privacy. They represent individual experiences, not promised outcomes.
11. Third-Party Links & Services
Our site and coaching may reference third-party tools (e.g., video platforms, labs). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their own terms apply.
12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nutrition Urban Care LLC's aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutrition Urban Care LLC and its personnel from claims arising from your breach of these terms, your inaccurate health disclosures, or your misuse of the services.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Material changes affecting active subscribers will be emailed 30 days in advance.
